A man is climbing down a rock cautiously, so as not to slip and fall. Another photo taken at Areopagus in Athens, but this time is was a few days ago. Due to the shape of the place and the way it has been shaped in order to be easier accessible for the public, when one is standing on each of the North or South sides, there is clear view of the other visitors from below. This gives a different point of view when taking photographs, as we are used to stand on the same level or above our subject but seldom we can naturally stand below them.
\nI had just gone up the new staircase and I hadn’t yet assessed the situation in regards to photo opportunities when I saw this person climbing down the slippery, ancient rock. The camera was as always ready to fire, so I just raised it and took the photo. As I was looking my photographs in order to decide the order in which I was going to present them, I noticed that both in this photo and the one I presented yesterday, there is a person with bent knees, as ready to jump over the rocks. Because of this element, I posted these photos next to each other.<\/p>\n
